As far as not having kids....look at national statistics. Which nations have the highest birth-rates? Dirt poor ones.

The only developed country with high fertility rate (~3) is Israel. Iceland is 2.2 all other have 2 and less.

Their is a big difference between immigration to Russia and Europe, Europe give them welfare and free money and citizenship, so they bring their family's an have 10 kids. But we don't give them **** so they don't bring their their family's and have ten kids, out of every cent that a immigrant makes in Russia he sends half of it too his family back home. Their is no free money in Russia, so their is no incentive to come here and breed like rabbits. Once the immigrants have served their purpose they will shipped back to their country no questions asked.
