Kastelorizo issue should be solved at the court since both parts disagree .

But under no circumstances could be surrounded by Turkish waters.
Then u will say because its in turkish waters you cannot have access , is Turkish.

so if they find a solution that it is connected to the Greek waters but also Turkey takes a bigger part of the sea of east med , since its true that you have a great coastline there, without curtailing the connection of Kastelorizo with Greek waters, it may lead to a solution.

in 1936 Greece unilaterally increased its territorial waters to 6 nautical miles which was determined as 3 miles in Lausanne

but Turkey did not object to this decision due to the positive atmosphere prevailing in Turkish-Greek relations at that time
