It's a technicality. Blasphemy is a strong concept. Many Hindus are into cousin marriage. In Andhra for example. Unfortunate. But happens.

How do you define something as hate speech? Isnt it depend on the sensibilities of the person? I find the daily drivel by bjp politicians as hate mongering but many people don't and vice versa. We cant have a law with that broad meaning.
