Former federal interior minister Sheikh Rashid has claimed that the incumbent government is under pressure and that it will "die soon".

"This government is facing our leftover burdens and it will die under its weight soon," Rashid said while addressing a presser in Faisalabad on Sunday, Express News reported.
According to the Awami Muslim League (AML) chief, the political situation is worsening with every passing day and the present rulers are unable to handle the affairs of the state. "Their performance equals zero and they have failed and have no future strategy to work on."

"What if the country goes bankrupt because of this situation," asked the political stalwart.

Rashid declared that the country was heading towards a revolution under the leadership of chairman PTI Imran Khan's leadership.
He went on to claim that the "government was departing even if the PTI doesn't take to the streets."

The former interior minister also warned that Pakistan will "turn into Sri Lanka" if Imran was apprehended, referring to the recent political turmoil in the South Asian island country.
"The government has sought a meeting to discuss the caretaker government, so a caretaker prime minister should be finalised in the meeting and elections should be scheduled before May 31," he demanded.

Ever since Imran government's ouster from power last month, the former ruling party has been demanding early elections, claiming that it now has the public support to regain power with an overwhelming majority.

Admitting failure with confidence

what he is saying is the burden they were carrying due to astringency was so massive which the incumbent govt is not worthy of taking at her shoulders.

astringency is nobody's fault, it is a universal problem these days with a massive logistics (not going away till next year) problem after covid and then this Russia-Ukraine war.

it was this PDM who were making noise about it taking media on board and now they are facing it themselves. shy away from increasing petroleum prices and draining foreign reserves.

had they come to senses and did not pull govt leg without any planning, we could avoid these circumstances.

those who calibrated this conspiracy achieved their goal but the PDM hammer their own feet. they must knew IMF will not talk to them, they will only talk to an elected govt. IMF! again a tool for the same who achieved their goal and left PDM directionless.

haha now pmln trying innocent card.

all they have to do is increas the price take tough decision which they cant while imran khan did all tough decision and yet he came out victorious.

Sure .... but why then did they try so hard to to take the power?

PTI government was incompetent with poor team, but these guys running the show now should be experienced and know what are they doing, how come they miscalculated the risk?

And if this Zardari-Sharif regime could not manage it this time, what make you believe they can govern efficiently next time?

BTW OP @
muhammadhafeezmalik, are you really a PML(N) supporter or just an ISPR bot?

The same was being discussed in 2018 in PMLN circles. And then Corona and Fuel Price hikes hit the world hard, and PMLN was happy that they didn't have to face any of those.

Unki matt mari gaee jo coup ka hissa ban ke balli wapis apnay upar leli. lol

The devil (instigators of this coup) promises a lot but delivers nothing.

Curse yourselves Bajwa and PDM for believing.

PMLN should announce another Rs.30 subsidy and announce elections surely after 29th May, PMLN should hold election through EVM and should give right to overseas Pakistanis through E-Voting.

اب ووٹ گننے کا اختیار ہمارے پاس ہوگا
