These protesters knew red zone is area consist of state building and police and security is there to protect them and have authority to use teal gas and rubber bullet against those who cross boundaries to siege these buildings and some peopel in these mobs brought masks , guleel and dhanad with them knowing there might be clash and you are justifying the presence of infant kid over there in such situation
