Do & Do not's of E Governance & how?

I totally agree with him about E-governance. Pakistan needs to move forward. Bureaucracy is the biggest hurdle in the way of progress.

Total dependence on E governance has certain risks like cyber attacks by enemies which may cause loss of electricity and internet access .Before E governance we should improve our cyber security which is very weak
