we should build up a reserve airforce and keep F-7s and A-5s in service as a second line of defence. The reserves would then operate these aircraft.

8 present+ 42 from China + 6 made in Pakistan=56.

sir! probably his math is quite fine but the guess let him down!

anyhow this is reported thatwe are currently operating 8, and some more (may even be 6) will be build in pakistan and probably we will be getting more from china aswell!

A-5 in service in Pakistan for 30 years? However, behind the times it does now, from the manufacturing process, the internal fire control systems, artificial maintenance and software upgrades and so on. In any case it is a hero of history, this argument is not excessive.
