From my experience in which i have a vast experience with every religion which are in majority in India or i know of. Every person i came across who was more religious was more conservative.

To the Gurgaon remarks , yes i agree as it is true. But that doesn't make it majority Jats household practices. Ghar wapsi of those fools are going on and for a laugh they doing it themselves. They saw the enjoyment and then repercussion in lost marriages and families.

Also next time instead of believing or portraying my opinion by reading some of posts just simply ask as i might surprise you.

We are both highly conservative.

And we share a lot more otherwise too.

Bhai, born and raised in Dilli here, at least wahan ki har khabar rehti hai.. mixed neighbourhood kind of back in the day.. halkey halkey kar ke inhone ne na keval apni abaadi badhai, but masjids went from 2 to 20.. azaan chalta hai 7 - 8 - 10 minute ka non stop.. bc ek band karta, doosra chalu, doosra band teesra chalu etc.. 1000% co-ordinated to keep it going as long as possible.

That "too much" part is because of popularization of the Tablighi Jamaat in the last 15 to 20 years. The TJ is responsible for curtailing of Muslim womens' freedoms and the wearing of the burqa. I think the percentage of Indian burqa wearing is far far more than in any other country. Even Afghanistan.

Why is this happening ? 15 - 20 is way more than Modi and co.. those guys have only got power at the centre for 6 years or so.. cant blame "hindutva" for it.

As @hussain0216 indicated, in India this must be the Muslim right-wing pushing against the Hindu right-wing because of the after-effects of the Babri incident, and the Muslim right-wing somehow finding more standing room than the Muslim left-wing.

In other parts of the world the Muslim left-wing intellectuals and activists have been pushed back by the Muslim right-wing who in turn have been brought into prominence by the Western intelligence agencies and governments. The simple rule is : Where ever there's a mullah there's a patient and eager CIA / MI6 ear listening.

I seen my bachpan ka neighbourhood go to shit, and it makes me angry.. not entirely the muslims' fault either.. place just got a sudden influx of too much urban infra.

I'll confess, don't mind the food options, Syrian, Afghani.. sab milega genuine and I'm super friendly with them.. some of the Afghan girls like to hang out, so that's also cool.
