We've probably gotten worse, because the 2015-2016 - doesn't include Holey Artisan attack. Then again, it obviously didn't get that much worse, since we didn't jump from 22 to 17

Yay we're at 154th place...And I was talking about getting out of top50

Fatalities have 3 times as much weight as incidents when being counted, that's why Pakistan is slightly higher because we had more casualties. If this happened in 2001 then the US would be at the top, so you shouldn't pay these kind of indexes too much attention.

One thing that doesn't make sense is why Bangladesh is not included despite having an active Al-Qaeda and ISIS network. Even Jamaica is ranked higher, and I cant recall an attack ever happening there!
