Imagine entire Chinese convert to Islam, we will be a game changer. At that time, the radical Mullah will get out of job and go social security.

After long decades of communist rule, the Kyrgyz are slowly going back to religion. But according progressive secular law there, only one marriage is allowed. But guess what the rich guys do who want to have extra girl friends or mistresses on the side, they do Nikah (Muslim word for marriage) according to Muslim law with the presence of some Mullah/Qazi/Imam which is tacitly accepted by society. So it is already happening in some part of the world where some name only Muslims are taking advantage of Islamic law, just for this reason that you mentioned.
