KARACHI: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Sherry Rehman Sunday said all the girls schools in Swat will be reopened from March 1.

She announced this while talking to reporters here at Civil Hospital after visiting Maria Shah who is under treatment in Burns Ward.

I thought the government needed time or something in that sense to clear out any extremist influence and to ensure the safety for these girls.
