Being a mental case, I don't think its her fault. The doctors that had diagnosed her as a mental patient, should have locked her up in a facility for treatment long ago. That too when she created plenty of mischief with her parents and the police.

If this case had occurred in UK, even her identity wouldn't be disclosed as technically she is still a youth and would be put in a child detention center until she was at least 18.
