Article 63 1 g was invoked it when he became a convict, a convict may not be member of Parliament for 5 year since the date of conviction. He wasn't removed as PM, he was removed as member of parliament, which in turn means he was removed as PM.

The judgement on the writing of the letter was already handed in earlier so he wasn't going against the law by writing the letter either.

Sir CJ is not GOD he can't decide on everything and he also don't have his privates investigation agencies these laws had to be made by Parliament and if people will chose corrupt Parliament CJ could do nothing

There are very few things the CJ could do since all cases have to be fought by the Attorney General - who is a political appointee and he refuses to fight against his masters, but the good thing whatever little can be done is being done.

there is one difference between India and Pakistan, corrupts/criminals being defended by these western countries is very visible in case of Pakistan while in India, people are also selling national interests to US/West but they are hidden . all these corrupts and criminals of developing countries always have a sense that they would just follow order of their western Lords and get as much as they can in return of their loyalty to US/UK, and one day take whole family and move to Britain . im pretty much sure that all these corrupt congress leaders including Rahul, Sonia, Digvijay, Manmohan, Raja etc will finally move to UK as they might have got enough in their foreign accounts, in return of their loyalty they maintained with western nations for so long, by selling indian national interests to them

wrong, a white lie. if you have a close look on the indian politicians, they have all the links with US/UK but their western lords want these traitors to live in India as they haven't robbed India, "clean - left-right-center" like Pakistan yet. in case of India, they are on half way while in case of Pakistan, they have reached a level when every politician would keep his family in Britain and do corruption in pakistan. if you check passports of Indian politicians/businessmen/top film stars etc, almost all have 'green card' or 'permanent visa' of US/UK/Australia/Canada on their Indian passports, they just havent adopted western citizenship only till now.
