I did some research on what you wrote, it seems that concept is from the Druze and Alawites. They believe in several creatures which existed, some amalgamated to form a habtar aka devil.

Another Pre-Islamic folk source adopted from some scholars believe hinn and jinn are created from different fires, scorching sumam (penetrating hot wind or fire) for the former, and marijim min nar (smokeless fire) for the the latter.

Ofcourse nothing in Quran supports these.
