Harut and marut Were originally angels, sent down to earth as humans.
They were a prime example of how a corrupt human race can even turn angels corrupt.
That is not authentic. It is definitely Jewish origin folk tale which was entertained by only a few medieval scholars, vast majority dont believe it.
It contradicts what Allah swt says about Angel's Himself in the Quran.
However, remember what Iblis said to Allah, "If I went astray it's because of your raza", Iblis who's real name was Azazil was to proud he was the leader of Angels, so that throws out the theory of certain school of thought they can't sin.
Also false, another folk tale by Christians and Jews.
Iblis, his real name, was a jinn elevated to the level of Angels due to piety. Hence the element of pride he had that he was made from fire, which he claimed is superior to clay.
Angels do not have free will, ever. This is why in the beginning they didn't understand mankind and told Allah swt they will do fasad. To which they were told, "I know better than you. "
We should be careful and treat with doubt any stories coming from Bible, Torah, Talmud, and other scriptures. Most has been changed and altered to add filth and indecency to history.
That is why Quran cleared up some misconceptions about these tales like People of the Cave, Harut Marut sent by Him, and blasphemy/lies against Solomon and Lot AS.
Arabian And Persian mythology claims that before jinn, there were binn and hinn, Who were invaded by jinns, later in Allah brought Adam.
We know Jinns were wiped out by Angels before mankind was settled on Earth. Before Muhammad saws, no Jinn believed in Allah swt (iblis was exception.) From Surah Jinn, we can gather that a Muslim community arose from them.
That is why he is mercy of alamein (two worlds, human and jinn.)
Discuss please, i love bizzare
Lol, check the Jewish stories of Lilith and supposed descendants of half human, devil.
It is a very deep hole. I read about it treating it as pure fiction, like I do evolution. Nice fairy tales, and to think some humans believe it.
In Islam we dont believe such things, but Christian and Jews genuinely do.
