My suggestion is that India should adhere to one China policy and deal with ROC only and stop talking to CCP.
India and ROC should sign the Sino-India border agreement too.

Why should they? PLA is a privately owned army of the communist party. In the rest of the world (in the sane ones) Army pledge allegiance to the country so, they will be honored, and death is seen not seen as a failure.
