Germany opposes military action against Iran

Berlin - The German government Monday said it opposes military action as a means of stopping Iran's controversial nuclear programme.

A foreign ministry spokesman, Andreas Peschke, said Germany favoured political and diplomatic pressure as a deterrent if Tehran neglects 'to make full disclosures.'

The spokesman called reports that Israel was preparing to strike Iranian nuclear sites 'speculation' and declined further comment.

Peschke nevertheless noted that Iran's nuclear programme gave grounds for great concern.

Germany's position is that Iran must offer proof that it is not seeking to make nuclear arms, Peschke told dpa.

Iran should stop its nuclear programmes as it only causes disaster nothing else..
US should also realize the problem of Iran(which is US itself ) and try to resolve it via talks..

Don't necessary proof. We don't need to proof anything to the West as we didn't ask them for anything proof.

war should not take place and iran has the right to build nuclear arsenal as the west or israel.

however if war happens it will not spread to any other places and i blame mostly the iranians for not keeping a low profile about their defense developments due to which we r now in this situation

nuclear program is Iran's right .... if Israel and USA have nuclear weapons then why cant Iran ?

I know its difficult to digest but thats one way of resolving there problems..
The way which they have is, to go with nuclear weapons,nothing wrong in that..But then US and Israel will have some good reasons to attack on Iran..
And we know that Russia will also have to intervene in this war...
So it becomes even deadly..
