Jogging burns calories faster than walking. Brisk walking nearly as good, sometimes better if you sustain it longer.

You can brisk walk till nearly 4.5 mph. Beyond that you technically break into a jog, and beyond around 6 mph you are now running.

Swimming is great but not all weather.

Cycling is the most energy efficient form of locomotion so you need to do a lot more of it to burn as much as running or swimming.

I could never front roll. Even in fresher term the seniors used to just make me do something different but equally nasty.
