The damage is done , boys and girls . GEO group has ruined its reputation with the Pakistani public . Apologize , bend over , it ai'nt going to make a difference . The public saw what they had been either missing completely or ignoring for a long time , the icing on the cake of course was the blasphemous content aired . Hadn't Govt supported them for so long , they would have either not done that at all or apologized a day or two after that , but of course the democrats have their own agenda and their blind supporters will thoughtlessly parrot the same line as their political parties . I doubt it. They will not get any sympathy what so ever..

I fail to understand that why the govt. is siding with GEO. Let the PEMRA decide this case on merit and this would put an end to this drama.

There is this new making rounds that Geo has alot of proofs about rigging in last election So if Geo decides to unveil those then NS govt can fall .

As for the red part YES only PRMRA has to act and solve the problem.

They can review security clearance of Geo and cancel its license, Mir sahab them amy can sell one channel to Mansha sahab and thus keep his other geo channels

Why the constant failure to see the facts and the persistent myopia , boy ? There have been a lot of political parties during the whole episode too condemning GEO and rallying support against them , some with a wide public support base . As for the ones you listed , understand that despite being banned and involved in terrorist/anti social/suspicious activities , they still have influence and support in the magic word ' public ' , an outcome of the commander of the faithful Zia-ul-Haq's islamization and radicalization of the country but present nonetheless .
