Sadly we have some of the most educated and urban followers of PTI who are behaving much worse than even the dumbest of the village idiots.

And dharna was the best way to get around that? Revolution won't bring any change here or anywhere, its the evolution of the society that will bring about the real change. There still a long way to go about it, but IK's way is no way. His selfish desire to become PM of this country was based on a logic that votes by his followers are some how superior to be casted by others. The only person who I remember made this argument was that luncatic Lal Masjid cleric, Ghazi, may his soul burn in hell. That is how things work in democracy, I am all up for a rational debate for change but my way or the high way approach is destructive. Besides that Judicial commission proved IK's claims of a systemic coordinated rigging allegations out, even IK with all the hoohaa wasn't even able to provide any evidence of that.

Imran was here when this country was being looted mercilessly through out 2008 to 2013 what did he do? got Qureshis and Tareens to serve his party? sit in result ................................ got married and could not wait a bit longer for that while the blood of our children was still there in his ruled province (most of the areas in KPK mourn for forty days when someone dies in their village or area). Nothing happens overnight. You and many like you were waiting for a miracle to happen and miracles don't happen. Even Prophets spent their lives to bring about change in their respective societies and here we are talking about an ordinary person whose only credential is his honesty and integrity. Yup, NS sure as hell confronted Gen. Raheel, I knew this and wrote about it the same day it had happened. This happened on the same day right before the Parliament and the national TV were attacked. Both IK and that other idiot were saying (very aggressively) that the "third empire is about to lift his finger up".

Gen. Raheel was given proofs and he was told that the military should never expect a resignation, everyone thought that's why the General had come. But instead, it turned out, the General wanted to discuss the political situation. Upon seeing the proof, he was shocked and assured NS that he wants to see a system grow. It was said that the IK and Gen. Pasha / Zaheer topic lasted for less than 30 minutes. The remainder of the time, Gen. Raheel asked NS if he and his team can grow Pakistan to a level that can accommodate military's needs for weapons and can take Pakistan forward as a growing country.
NS responded he has people lined up to invest (referring to the Chinese premier's visit), but he needs political stability and end to terrorism, as foreign investment requires a stable Pakistan. The General assured him that the Army would fight till the last man standing to eliminate these violent fractions from FATA and other areas.

This meeting started with doubts in each person's mind but ended with total understanding of how to move forward together and grow Pakistan and support each other. Great ending and it helped putting the military and the civilian government on one page.

And if he did why didnt he voice his concerns then and why isnt ARMY backing IK now? !

Hi There, the Army wasn't backing IK up a year ago either. There was this miss-perception created and ran through all propaganda mills. IK and his buddies were put under the false perception that the military would back him up. Some even told him, its a week long thing and would end the second Parliament would be attacked. Poor people kept sitting around for so many weeks. Sad and embarrassing story to be honest.

1) The ruling elite is actually CREATING the self awareness, instead of putting people through a sit-in spin, hoping for some third empire to wake up one day!!!
The ruling elite is creating Metro Buses, Motor Ways, Economic Corridors to create better and higher paying jobs, as in a democratic system, people have a right to a better life and they elect representatives for that purpose.

2) Next time, when people go and listen to someone asking for vote, as they now know they deserve the metro buses and trans (better travel), better jobs, etc. Historic fools trying to run for different power seats, would actually have to meet this high bar that the "elite rulers" have set. And it is PRETTY high of a bar. Not sure how many "others" can fool people again when they are seeing the same bus service others hated so much, but its really serving close to 200,000 innocent people a day in just one city!!!
