What happened to the Chinese engineers is a shameful failure of COAS and his security agencies. Just unacceptable in every way shape or form. It just doesn't get any more incompetent than this.

I am not sure who managed the risk analysis on this but lets be serious, are we really assuming here that the highly trained and very well equipped TTP terrorists with plenty of intel from RA&W can't get through this fence?

The only thing this is good for is stopping the refugees from entering. These refugees in general aren't responsible for terrorism anyway.
