PAF has been carrying out precision strikes inside Tribal areas bordering Afghanistan since 1970s..Although this thing is being hugely advertised now,but its been going on for ever..The Drug barons of Tribal areas could, and perhaps can still easily amass 10,000 strong army when Pakistan Government asked them to stop flooding the country with Drugs and weapons...Ayub Afridi of LandiKotal openly challenged Benazir that if she sent in Pakistan Army or any Armed forces to stop his drugs and munition Smuggling Biz,he will amass paid men from both sides of the border, will give them more money than the PA soldiers and arm them with latest weapons, and Benazir had to have second thoughts..It has happened many times, and PAF has stepped in to save the day for GOP
