Mush solution of LOC as IB may be acceptable to Manmohan, but I doubt Modi and the right wingers would agree with that solution.

Kasuri, the FM of Musharaff, himself claimed that a solution based on LOC as IB with some conditions was arrived before Musharaff was thrown out of his position. It was called four point formula.
