No not all jews came from Europe. Those who survive in Muslim countries are already in Muslim countries since ages, those who came initially and settled in Palestine are mostly came from Europe (in 1800-1900 period) but after creation of Israel they came from all over the world like Jews from Yemen were moved to Israel in mid of last century.

That is the point.
5% of Israelis came from Western Europe.
20% came from Eastern Europe, mostly Russia
5% came from America
68% from the Middle East.
2% from the rest of the world.

So the idea that Jews should ”return to Europe” is flawed.
