It does look like Israel is indeed in big trouble.

And the US won't be able to send the troop to assist them, and they can only provide limited ammunition assistance to Israel as most ammunition in their inventory has already been depleted by the Ukrainian war. It might take them more than a decade to replenish Israel considering their current dwindling manufacturing capability.
