Well I can understand your feelings even if I don't agree to them, but do you believe you really have a choice? I think that if something is accepted by a majority, then it will be the norm. A person who holds on to 'old values' will simply be seen in negative light, as a bad person.

Think of people who believe in racial superiority or slavery and look at how the world treats them. They're not gonna get jobs and stuff if they advertise their believes, so they go about pretending to be regular people and limit their worldviews to the anonymity of the internet. In most Western countries, if you discriminate against any person's sexual orientation, you're most likely gonna be fired.

Sometimes, I think these things are part of evolution, if not physical at least on a mental level. It's almost like you either evolve and stay relevant or hold on to older notions and be ostracized.

I've my belief firm , these things are disgusting and are accepted by the world as human rights . I see more such of this stuff coming up and will soon be recognised as ' human rights '.

you have a choice of not being homosexual, compared to a world where you were put behind bars or killed or abused for being gay, this is a small price for majority(and heterosexual people will remain majority) to pay... I mean what a sacrifice..
I have seen a few old indian kings telling how it was glorious during their dad's days, and how corrupt the politicians are, however it will suck for majority to go back to that period.. for the king, the life is probably worse, but for most of us, its better. And with more sensitivity towards women, minority(of relion, language, race or sexual orientation) on the rise, life has never been so better for so many people.
