There's not enough in the memo to justify firing either Mueller or Rosenstein. Too much context is missing.

Doubtless more context will come out but that doesn't mean Mueller or Rosenstein will be stained nor that they will be fired. As you've pointed out, Mueller's main purpose is to investigate Russian meddling in the U.S. presidential election. Just because Mueller can't finger Trump doesn't mean he gets to close shop.
