Since the shipyard has been heavily involved in re-outfitting the varyag it only makes sense that they will try to pass on to the naval representatives some aspects on operating and maintaining varyag's equipments.

Varyag is just the ice on the cake, the indigenous carrier is going to be the true bombshell.

Both shipyards in Jiangnan and Dalian are planning to build the nuclear supercarriers.
