not in any way why else you think moscow is not 100% one ethnicity like chechenya or japan are in the first place?

Okay. I only inquired because I heard reports of international students being persecuted by neo-nazi groups in Moscow. But perhaps these minority fringe groups shouldn't be used to generalize overall White Russian perception.

Well they recently had a laser show with Obama eating a banana lol, I laughed but thats not something you would get in a tolerant country, I remember in about 2006-2008 there were LOADS of videos of racist attacks on Asians/blacks on the internet, died down a fair bit now but I still see pictures of people carrying Swastikas in streets.
