Hi
by strength very soon (around 50k) Fc will be headed by a
3 star general with a separate Fc corps commander
thank you

How soon till the FC gets these at all their bases and their posts?

Linking these into the tops of forts could make them strong firing positions, while troops could leave them in case of heavier fire than a 7.62. Even trenches, such as on the line of control, between these posts could allow troops to maneuver and not be pinned down during a mass attack.

I also hope they build large “panic room” bunkers for troops so they can ride out a mass assault if need be, and allow army aviation and the Air Force via Z-10s and K-8 to be the QRF to eliminate attackers in a danger close fire mission.

P.S. please give the men manning these bunkers air conditioning. It seems like a “luxury” but it pays for itself by allow solders to not be unnecessarily fatigued manning a post, and do you will need less men at a post; and a smaller logistics tail in turn.

In fact it will probably make post duty more attractive for soldiers.

At 0:39 you can see an exposed tunnel connecting three bunkers in Albania. A country with a lot of different examples of how to make bunker/tunnel networks

A convoy of Pakistan Security Forces was targeted on the Coastal Highway Bridge, Gwadar.
Unfortunately, due to the blast, own troops have sustained severe injuries.
Search operation has been initiated to locate the terrorists responsible.

Gwadar (and all cities along the coast) needs surveillance blimps for 24/7 surveillance all the time. Blimps can stay up for weeks or even months at a time.

All things aside, please don’t use Albania as an example for anything, those bunkers were made by a psychotic dictator and are really bad at being anything but a waste of resources.

The bunkers may have been a waste for Albania but shows the different permutations of bunker arrangements in all different terrains. Something can be learned from them. We don’t need to look at the political climate they were built in to appreciate the engineering.

Besides we aren’t making concrete bunkers, building bulletproof pillboxes. I’m just suggesting finding the best way to link the bunkers. Something better than simple trenches, so troops can move under cover when the base is under attack.

All future retrofits to FC bases, IMHO, should he built to withstand sustained attacks (which would also require the need for a “panic room” style impenetrable central bunker), because we are looking a generational project in the western border areas.

FC bases are also going to be important to protect road corridors, to increase trade and subvert the influence of miscreant smuggler economics.
