They take more loans to clear up their debts.It's simple.Even ADB IBRD now deny loans to Pakistan.That's why they are much attracted to low taxed loans/investments from China.Easily getable.Pakistan is losing themselves by becoming a satellite state of China.If Pakistan don't utilize CPEC properly then they are doomed.

Yea we took aid so what..I never denied in my comment..We were left with billion plus poor after independence after getting sucked out by centuries..So it's justified..
But made ourselves enough capable now at least to be self reliable.
