Imran Khan managed to burn nearly every bridge due to total incompetence.
He burned his bridge with the Biden Administration due to being a Trump Administration appointee plus constantly making extremely diplomatically dumb moves.
He burned his bridge to the creditor countries due to deliberately sabotaging the IMF program.
He burned his bridge to portions of the Pakistani Military Establishment due to targeting them for not backing him anymore.
He burned his bridge with China due to his literally being installed into office by a CIA coup against Nawaz Sharif to ruin CPEC.
He is currently trying to win the support of the Biden Administration to reinstall him into office as an Erdogan-like figure as a fake Anti-American.
Absolutely no one trusts Imran Khan, so he is having a hard time currently.
When looks through the small window above point are right but why Pakistan elites are unable to read the larger picture ? I don't think without someone getting support for US or China can do this.
A weak & unstable neighbouring Nuclear State in not good for both China & India.
Though weak economic condition of Pakistan is good for India since we doesn't have economic roll to play but for China, Pakistan is most reliable economic partner, they are the Model for success of Chinese Infra Projects throughout the world.
But, more they are politically unstable not good for India as we culturally & religious more related to each other and a small fire can flare up and put entire South Asian into a Nuclear flash point Zone.
If you think the electricity bills are crazy wait until you see the cpec bills.
Stupidity educates stupidity, living in the US with all the available information you could read and you write not 1 but 7 comments each outdoing the prior.
In PDF for past 10 years it was claimed that CPEC was a game changer and anyone claimed otherwise were called either Indian or traitor, now that game changer turned into tariff changer.
Its true that an outsider like you and me can freely discuss about situation of Pakistan with or without understand the ground realities, issues & facts but atleast we can have a healthy debate about what went wrong and what they can do to improve conditions of people who are struggling and became pawns of this game.
In 1991 when India had faced default situation four pillars of democracy i.e., the Legislature, Executive, Judiciary and the Media played their roll. There were many oppositions but, a right political will shown by the leaders of that time let India to overcame that situation and now Pakistan need such a will power to overcome this problem.
