Remember what happened when Some french thought that it was a good idea to draw cartoons of prophet Mohammed. I am not talking about inventing either, much of the nuclear power plants in the middle east are built by outsiders, the architecture the same thing, large industry such as oil also employ outsiders for the skilled positions and utilizes technology that came from abroad.
