Yes first it was metro buses laptops for uni children and now wifi hotspots great job nawab Saab. How about spending all that money in educating Pakistans huge young generation since well...you know nearly 50% are illiterate? But noooo you know how to run this country so please carry on

This doesn't sound like it's some move by private sector entities who seek profit, if this was the case, I'd have no problem. But this is the government, and not quoting a park but multiple parks, by the wording of the article.

Park management aren't generally private, they're usually public entities run by local governments. Either way, it's a new revenue stream, so it's not a bad plan. If worse comes to worse, they can always pull the plug with little loss.
