are you high or something? a north korean has every right to complain if he's wronged in a secular country. why else would he BE in a secular country if he cannot complain? what's the difference then between North Korea and whatever secular nation he is living in.
forget north Korean people they don't have a choice .
think KSA and Pakistani people who do not believe in making their country secular , nor do they believe in secular system where state is separate from religions, all religious people can have any portion in govt , etc .
if a Pakistani believes theocratic or religious republic statues is better than being secular country , then he does not have the MORAL right to complain about minor defeats found in secular counties . yes he will have the LEGAL right to complain if he ever goes to France and face a religious discrimination.
if Pakistani support secular system than he has the moral as well as legal right to complain.
