So? The US is ordering more F-15EX which is based on F-15 which is 1970s plane. Su-35 is based on Su-27 which is 1980s plane which is much newer than F-15.

Besides, modern warfare is drone based. Classic combat jets are too few and too expensive. Can't use them.

For starters USA has inducted F-22 and F-35s.
