France Bans Muslims from Protesting against Mohammad Cartoons

Its not a surprise at all considering its coming from a hypocritical , suckular society like france. The french muslim should stay strong and patiently hold on to the rope of Allah(swt) and the sunnah of the prophet (pbuh). Lets see what the french will do when Muslims will become majority there. :)

.
france is doing the right thing.. muslims never protest peacefully or anything else peacefully. they will indulge in violence. thats why its better to ban their protests.
France is a great place.. good job

Why do you guys have a habit of generalization? How did you know they wanted to protest violently?
I thnk, because of your personal problems with Pakistan, you are supporting the French act. This is hypocrisy. You should be able to think logically, mot patriotically.

ah France, I can understand the general sentiment for why this is done, but banning all protest, regardless of whether it degenerates into violence or not, isn't a great way to go about it.:undecided:

.
Really not a positive step. Protests can always be controlled in a peaceful manner. Banning can stop the sentiments to be expressed openly in a peaceful manner, and can lead of violence later.

Their land, their rules, whatever they do..they have my vote. Immigrants should not preach how to rule a nation.

If that we're stipulated in whatever piece of paper the immigrants signed then I'd agree with you wholeheartedly ! But unless I'm mistaken no one told them that they'd be reduced to second class citizenry when they arrived in France !

. .
In the end it is about race and ethnicity. No one is above that, including the idiotic French liberals.

Just how fast these enlightened ones pulled a 180, must be the new record.

This was faster than pulling their collective pants down to be Hitler's bi*ch in ww2.

Actually, unless they become citizens, they really do not have a say in the democratic process since they can not cast their vote..

Tou babes I wasn't talking about 'immigrants' as in 'foreign workers' but immigrants as in 'sworn in nationals' !

A very good reply! :)

Tell me you're not a dual national !

Peaceful protests should be allowed but at the same time they should be fully prepared to take tough measures should things go out of control which has been the case in many countries over the last month or so. Banning it completely is not the right step.

Maybe because your country considers terrorists as heroes?

It is the fault of the so called Muslim world that there is still no unity in it. A united Muslim world could have landed 20+ amphibious divisions in France at short notice with complete ease. Such a move could help avoid any unbalanced measure taken by France or other inimical entities, though, of course, many other methods of suppressing Western/infidel excesses can also be considered fruitful.
