Four dead including driver after vehicle ploughs into crowd in Münster

At least four people were dead Saturday after a vehicle ploughed into pedestrians in the German city of Münster, the interior ministry said, quoted by news agency DPA.

A ministry spokeswoman was quoted as saying that the toll included the driver. Local police had said earlier that he "shot himself" after driving into the crowd and leaving about 30 people injured.

If this was an attack like similar ones in other places then RIP for the killed civilians and commiserations for the injured.

It is apparantly a German man with psychological issues, with no crime record and no known links with any terrorist organisation. It is now assumed that it has no connection with terrorism.

The perpetrator has been indentified as a 48 year old German man with no immigration background (white), he was known for having psychological issues and has attempted suicide in the past. No known likns with terrorism and no criminal background.

I did not use the word 'terrorism' to describe the event, you should have read the title of this thread, not too long ago, there's was a man in Belgium carrying weapons and attempting to attack, the event was not described as terrorism at any time and the guy happened to be 'brown'. I looked around and no outlet was spewing around the word terrorism, rather they were waiting for concrete evidence to brand it anything. They were simply reporting the news.
