Former DG-ISI, General Durrani owns BBC interview

.
Its really sad that after retirement most army officers go for cheap tactics for publicity. Anyhow his opinon is his opinon and not the policy of the armed forces as of now.

So yes he can have an opinon but cannot be takes as a fact set in stone.

I'd love to engage in a constructive debate.

But how can you start a debate on the premise that OBL slunk into Pak, lived with wifes & children and no one knew while an ex intel chief admits that those who mattered knew.

No disrespect meant but POV need to be cogent.

You have to expand, what possible benefit would Pakistan derive by hosting Bin Laden? Let me remind you, it is because of this man thousands of Pakistanis have died and he was instrumental in bringing instability into Pakistan. What possible benefit would the Agencies in Pakistan derive by hosting this man?

Besides, former US Secretary of State has stated on record that there is no evidence that Pakistani Agencies were aware of OBL's presence. This statement is as authentic as it gets as it is stated by the top US Diplomat. Besides, your entire premise is based upon the testimony of a man who retired as the DG ISI in the early 90's. Once you hang your boots, your out, have no access to any briefings. Durrani is giving his opinion, not stating a fact. Thus, your entire argument is a complete farce backed up by no logic or evidence.

You beat me to it - it wasn't there before. Still, the video is up now:

Bhai, that 'stupid protection' is called copyright protection. Please play carefully. Its a matter of minutes to track down your ware-abouts.
Its more about the software than the copyright, as it is already being distributed and viewable on the BBC website and that is where I got it from. So technically, I never violated the copyright. I am 'playing carefully', but appreciate the concern. I did, however, edit my post, as it certainly gave the wrong impression the way it was.

so where's the video..
