Forget India, Its Neighbors Are the Next Big Thing

Well it's logical.

While India has become stagnant and monotonous.

Its neighbours offer the most powerful returns plus the added emphasis on it.

I have been saying for past 5 years. Invest now in Pakistan but it was never the terrorism that halted it. It was and pretty much today as well is corruption.

Economic terrorism. Get used to this as well as the term cyber terrorism.

You heard it from a Pakistani if anyone asks.

Corruption can be dealt with and it is part of doing business, Investors want security and stability before they decide to invest, labor and energy needs are another piece of the puzzle, so, Terrorism was one of the biggest reason why investors weren't investing in Pakistan.

I am not sure what you are trying to say here; Economic terrorism, get used to this as well as the term Cyberterrorism

South Asia cannot realise its economic potential until unless it has free trade ties with India for which they will never agree with. Bangladesh and Pakistan can never be the best of friends. Second let's imagine even if some companies establish a factory in BD or SL or Pak to cater to the whole SA region and until unless there is an FTA, these investments are bound to fail. And no country in SA region are ready for FTA with India cos of fear of dumping, their fear is legitimate.

There is a reason why Chinese are wanting it to join their so called OBOR or CPEC. Free trade and transit which they think we will give if China invest money. So if Chinese factories does get established in Pakistan again they will be exporting it to the world (minus the second largest market India).

I realised this years ago

Many issues collided to keep Pakistan mired but in reality the potential is enormous and once it kicks off it will be like a rolling snowball

The best time to make a profit is in the early stages and Pakistan is a fantastic prospect if you have the money

For the last few years I have been keeping an eye on the CPEC route land prices are rising quick but its the place to buy if you want high prospects of profit
