Chinese companies have almost never been successfully sued by others for IP violations. Sorry. Innocent until proven guilty, that's democracy. You don't wanna go against democracy do you? You hate freedom? Aren't you Indians proud of your Americ- I mean, 100% native indigenous Indian democracy, do you? India is guilty, China is innocent.
