Some years down the lane when a scam crops up these files would be reported "destroyed".

Well I have a different view
Most these files Glorify the citadels of the Left, mainly
a)Gandhi b) The Dynasty c) Anti-Dharmic sentiments.
A blanket destruction would wipe these things of paper, that old saying goes "out of sight , out of mind" pretty apt.
Also sends a strong symbolic message that this Government is not p***yfied like the old ones.
