In light of this report, one realization that comes to mind is not just the lack of any cyber abilities, but total ignorance of the cyberwarfare by the pakistani establishment. While pakistani adversaries near and far have formidable cyber warfare abilities, we have absolutely none. During war times, such calous behavior towards cyber world can be devastating. We should do whatever it takes to match the enemy cyberwarfare abilities.

Dude we don't go around bragging about stuff. We have good capability and we are developing more. Plus as we close ally of China they also tell our establishment of its benefits and are helping in developing our capabilites. But you won't hear we announcing them to whole world.

As a matter of fact, we have never closed our eyes on such a critical topic. We have a highly interoperable relationship with China. Our only difference with India is that we have not announced our capabilities to the world like India has.
