FLIR in new Iran Cobra

This may just be an observation FLIR as it is installed under the belly unlike a FCS FLIR that goes on the nose of the US Cobra's. The placement of TFT screen in the cockpit also confirms the FLIR being just an observation device. Form the looks of it the FLIR system looks European, French maybe?
