It's mostly people sending for their relatives - we do it all the time. Also, it's not $4 billion - its $5 billion per year.

The source need to be tracked even if it's 5 billion why it's not legally registered it's big amount

Friend the matter is may be you are donating with good INTENTIONS for a good cause but how is it get used you cant know or have no power to ensure.
Jakir Naik is a good example he get through proper channels but used in wrong activites, many was eaten by himself. Similarly Hafiz also has legal charity orgs, and getting money in name of good cause by innocent doners but what is he doing, its sad.

Well, I am sending to the poor desperate muslims relatives. Basically my dads cousins and uncles. So I am notr related to them in anyway. Its jus that I have seen my father helping his poor relatives India so I have too have decided to help him.
