Fiscal Budget 2019-20

If middle class is removed from equation, Pakistan will fall soon. We hand to mouth people run the show.

Elite class has ways to evade taxes or move their money outside. Poor's has nothing to loss so they stay at this place.

May I remind you of the famous quotes by PM Gilani in this regard?

Being middle class is a sin in Pakistan . If it's poor favouring budget yet middle class get grilled, and if it is industrial/investor's favouring yet middle class get grilled. Middle class has only option, whether to leave the country or start stealing and try to join elite or last to join poor class (between 2009-2013 many middle class families become Poor's this new budget will do same.

Overall taxes has been increased, tax slabs are now more brutal, same time development budget has been decreased. Nothing favouring overseas or investors, no new Opportunities for common people to earn.
.
(Let me go through complete, so far it looks like as per expectations i.e. based on IMF demands)

Well that's the price to be paid for living on borrowed money. When a nation borrows billions, it has to pay it back.

.
Looking for tax details as it is looking gov. may implement tax on export industry and that can be very damaging. There is severe unrest in industry right now pending budget. Lets see!
The problem is tax industry wants blanket tax relief for products even sold at home..end resulrs why export at all..
Tax should be at manufacturing with refunds on exports simple ..the industrialist demands is unreasonable

Can you explain how?
Non fillers middle class pay less tax than poor in Pakistan (per proportion of their income)
And not even 5% of adult above 18 file

.
Many food items GST has been decreased or removed.

This budget was for poor and it's going to rightly hurt the middle and upper class and rightly so as all tax evaders are in these two classes.

This is what happens when people don't pay taxes.

Personally I would have linked tax filing to utilities bills. Non filers should be charged 30 times the electricity and gas price. Tax filing requirement over a limit set on units consumed. Force those above that set units to submit NTN numbers and then cross reference for confirmation of last tax filing.
Care to elaborate how this bill is for poor and not for middle/upper class?

Tu usa beth kei bakwas kar rha hai. Jo tax pay kar rhe hain ab unki kya ghalti? Yeh government jo existing tax base hai usi ko hi chodei ja rhi hai... bajae logo ko force karei kei woh tax dei. In bc nei budget kei andar even yeh bi dala tha Non-Filers can now purchase property, **** PTI seriously. People have less and less incentives now to become filers. There should be extremely harsh shit done on non filers for example they cant buy cars, cant go overseas, cant fuckin buy property but PTI government is actually favoring these non filers with their bullshit policies

.
Another amnesty for tax chor and black money makers..Non-filers are allowed to park there money in real state once again as the restrictions is being lifted...Sugar, oil and daily commodities are more expensive now..Unfortunately government has no choice so have to comply with IMF and put burden on poor people..Hope opposition does not react like PTI in previous era and let the people help government to raise more money..Being a filer is more problematic then being a non-filer..

You really have no clue what you are talking about right?

Best part of the budget is 11 slabs in income tax. Very revolutionary.

Meanwhile few idiots have started crying already.

Someone tell this guy this used to be the case since a long time, with the exception of the final few months of N-league government (which was to get votes).

We are back to the norm now.

Baqi sab chodo yaar meri salary is baar sirf 2600 rupay badhi hai
