People are talking about Egypt but it was just a mediator. What compelled Israel to agree on a "unconditional" ceasefire is a million dollar question.

Absolutely false. Burma is a Buddhist country with 90% of the population being Buddhist. The Islamic population is concentrated in the Arakan state. The Muslim population actually decreased.

Also Burma is a Buddhist country and we Buddhist don't allow non buddhists to influence our state. Like Pakistan we Buddhists are proud to have theocratic states of our own. Buddhist countries like Burma, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Bhutan already have Buddhism as state religion and support from the constitution. Thailand is somewhat secular but the ruler must be Buddhist and some Buddhist influence is there in the constitution.

Blasphemy law against Buddhism is already active and you can't do anti Buddhist activities. Many foreigners were arrested for mocking statues of lord Buddha.
