First 100 PA Numbers

I am a fan of Pakistan Army history like most of us are

I was hoping we could come up with a list of the first 100 PA numbers allocated to the officers.

I'll start off with a few:

PA - 1 Maj. Gen. Muhammad Akbar Khan
PA - 2 Maj. Gen. Muhamamd Iftikhar Khan
PA - 10 Gen. Muhammd Ayub Khan
PA - 12 Brig. Muhamamd Zafar Khan
PA - 18 Maj. Gen. Mian Hayaud-Din
PA - 24 Maj. Gen. Nawabzada Sher Ali Khan Pataudi
PA - 28 Gen. Muhammad Musa Khan
PA - 48 Lt. Gen. Muhammad Anwar Khan

Where can we find the names and the PA number? I have forgotten my father's PA number , he was Gen Anwer sher's batchmate. Comissioned circa 1948 .
