Just look at the majority of IAF pilots shot down over Pakistan in 1971 war.

Indian soldiers have taken sniper shots at civilians. Last month a 5 year old girl was shot in the head. The problem with Pakistanis is that they do not speak up enough on how indian soldiers are brutalizing civilians on the LOC.

This incident is nothing. Pakistan army should be more aggressive in retaliation.

I doubt they would ill advise India who is their key partner in larger goals.
America has an organization called CIA. They spend $billions on intel. circuits in and around Pakistan, by way of media, NGO, surveys, shows, ... all is source of information to them. They always have their fingers on pulse of Pakistan.
They also know about the capacity of Pak army.
