A strong Pakistan keeps the Hindu occupied with other matters. Like preparing for a stronger defence. Chances of riots are reduced. Though police still detains Muslims on fake charges.

I don't want India destroyed, much less eliminated.

Not including the Muslim rule bit, if the PAF thought like you did, we would not have been able to shoot down the indian fighter jets last week. Also FYI, india is 7x bigger than Pakistan, not 4×.
